What do I do if my order is damaged?

Please email it back to us within 7 days of receiving the items with a description of the fault through return.retailthriftlink@gmail.com along with evidence of the fault.

Which form of payments do you accept?

Retail Thrift Link currently accepts payment via Bank-in-Transfer directly to our Financial Account.

How can I know and check the status of my order?

Do you offer a delivery service or shipping for the order?

Yes! Do not worry, at Retail Thrift Link, we do offer deliveries to your doorstep. We charge based on regional distance. See below for shipping fees:

 

  • Brunei - Muara = $2

  • Tutong = $3

  • Belait & Temburong = $3

We know you can’t wait to receive your beloved order, which is why we will be sure to notify the status of your order through email.

How long will it take to get my order?

For the delivery, you should receive your order within 7 days. If an order does not arrive with you in the next 7 days from the date purchased, we will refund your order, please do contact us via WhatsApp At +673 716 5048/ 868 2881, if this is the case.

My order does not fit me, what should I do?

Any purchase made with RTL is finalized, you can refer to our Shipping & Return Policy page for the eligibility of return. We highly encourage you to finalize your order, you should utilize the size measurement in the order description. If you are unsure of the size to order please message us with your questions through return.retailthriftlink@gmail.com  or contact us via Whatsapp at +673 716 5048/ 868 2881.  This is only valid within 7 days to request a refund or exchange.
